There is an issue with your computer setup
You do not have a listening device connected to this computer - either a USB Listening Cable or JPL Companion
This is not a Chrome device, so advice cannot be provided
You need to ensure that the default audio output is set to the USB Listening Cable (or equivalent).
You will find that the record/playback will still work depending on how you've got your computer setup.
Your Computer Has The Correct Devices Attached
In the Listening Centre you should select the following options...
Speaker :DEVICE
Microphone :DEVICE
Ringer :RINGER
You have an additional unknown speaker/microphone connected
This computer has one or more unexpected audio devices connected, so if a volunteer fails
to check their device settings in Listening Centre at the start of their shift, then it might
be possible for them to be using "default device" which is the current default audio device on
this computer. If the device found is externally attached speakers then it's currently advised
that you remove them.
Device details are here...
